Resort day passes Puerto Vallarta-walking distance

Has anyone gone to Krystals or any other nearby recently and used a day pass? If so, any info would be appreciated. Thank you!

We really liked the Marriott in Puerto Vallarta. It's a 5 minute cab ride from the port, costing $15-$20. Works well with a group of 4 or more. The cost was 380 pesos per person, but that includes a 300 peso food and beverage credit.

Hotel Krystal has a day pass for 100 pesos. You go to the front desk when you arrive. They suggest you bring your own towel. You pay for your own food and drinks.I have already been in contact with them and plan to use them when we go in Feb.

Does the Marriott have non-motorized beach toys to use? Like paddle boards, kayaks, etc.?
