Has the Shipwreck Bar area of beach changed?

I was in St. Kitts at the Shipwreck Bar about 3.5 years ago. I am planning another cruise and I wanted to take my daughters this time - specifically to see this beach. It is tied for 1st place with me along with St. Lucia as favorite places I've been. I thought it was so beautiful. But I just looked at some reviews and it looks like the beach is very narrow now. Was it affected by a hurricane or erosion or does the width of the beach just vary by season. I was there in November and the pictures I've seen were from February. Any input would be appreciated. I may be booking a cruise soon.

Hello, I was there last June, the beach area around ship wreck bar did seem narrow in comparison to areas further down the beach towards the Carambola Beach club where it was much wider beach front. Either way, it was still a beautiful area and we loved it here.
