Most of the shots were with a Nikon D7000 with a 24-70 f/2.8 Nikon FX lens.

The underwater and wide angle stuff was with a GoPro Hero HD 3 Black.

Well done. It's very easy to tell right off the bat your were using a DLSR. They are awesome for taking video.
