Beach Break Excursion - Island Marketing

Has anyone done this? Some of the much older posts (2015) say the area is "sketchy." Also, the much older posts say there isn't any bathrooms, but the Island Marketing link says bathrooms and showers available. So I was hoping to hear from people who have done the excursion more recently.

Was the area "sketchy"? Was the beach and water area clean? Would you recommend this place?
