Beach transfer in Civitavecchia

Has anyone gone to a private beach from Civitavecchia? RC offers a beach transfer excursion but I am wondering if there is a way to do something similar without going through the cruise line. Thanks!

Easy. Take the train from Civitavecchia one stop south to Santa Marinella (6-7 minutes, 1,10 Euro). Walk one-tenth of a mile to one of the beach clubs (stabilimenti balneare).
