Now that the port shuttle drop off location has moved, what's the earliest train that people have been catching with an 0700 ship arrival time in Civitavecchia? Is it reasonable to catch the 0744 train to Rome?

Doable? Perhaps. Reasonable? Not sure I would use that word.
