What time are guests escorted off of the ship?

I'm getting married on the Carnival Pride. I'm trying to type up an itinerary sheet to give to guests. I have mostly non-sailing guests and i was wondering what time are they escorted off?

Probably 60 to 90 minutes before departure.

When we were toured the Pride I think they started making announcements at 3:00 and wanted everyone off by 3:30.
