I'll be cruising again soon and being a new problem in my life I am not sure about how to fight with it onboard to keep figures at a decent level. Salt which can't be controlled, alcohol.... Any tips from someone having the same problem. It's usually at 13/14 and 8. Put a medical request for low or no salt food. They will specifically prepare it for you with no salt.
