tickford Posted November 25, 2014 #1 Share Posted November 25, 2014 Hi, can you tell me if a cruise goes from Sydney to Singapore via Brisbane whether you'd be able to get on at Brisbane rather than fly to Sydney and get on. Thanks.
The_Big_M Posted November 25, 2014 #2 Share Posted November 25, 2014 Usually, yes. However, it needs to be approved and recorded by the cruise line so you need to raise it with whoever you ask to book with first. Travel agents can also arrange this through the line, if you prefer to use them. There is no cost reduction if you do this though. The price will be the same as the full length voyage. Gerko Posted November 25, 2014 #3 Share Posted November 25, 2014 No, very unlikely, as this is an international cruise and it would require a customs facility to be set up at Brisbane especially for you. Unless the cruise line is also sellig the cruise on an ex-Brisbane basis then you'll likely have to wander down to Sydeny.
gaechann Posted November 25, 2014 #4 Share Posted November 25, 2014 Many passengers embarked at both Brisbane & Darwin for our recent cruise to Perth from Sydney via Bali so you probably can. Check with the cruiseline and / or your friendly travel agent. Gae Sent from my iPhone using Forums
