I recently booked transportation through 1001 transportation, they were cheaper than using Carnival's Service and they are sending me and my family off in a Limo! My dad is so excited over that.

I've used Mears and would do so again.

Easy answer. yahoo search Port Canaveral cruise shuttle service and choose one you like. Some are as low as $30 per person for round trip.
