Cape Liberty to LGA?

We need to get from Cape Liberty to LGA as quick as possible after our cruise, can anyone recommend a car service as I think this would be the best option?

Our flight is at 11.15am so we are going to be tight on time, as long as we can self disembark we should be ok. We're on a domestic flight so as long as we're there by 10.30 we'll make it?

That is tight on time. There are so many variables - actual arrival time, ship clearance, customs & immigration, and NYC traffic between Cape Liberty and LGA.

You need to be there an hour ahead. Sorry, but, this is a flawed plan with this flight time. If you can change it now, you may want to consider it, or switch to EWR? I suggest you verify your ticket restrictions, and know what you need to do, if you are stuck in traffic. Have phone numbers handy.
