AutoProgreso runs the free shuttle to get off the pier for everyone who didn't book excursions through the ship. Their shuttle buses are lined up outside the shopping village at the pier and drop everyone off at the AutoProgreso bus station in Progreso, from which you can take the bus to Merida or one of AutoProgreso's excursions.
