Catamaran Trip WITHOUT stingray city?

Does anyone know of a catamaran sail or boat trip that might include snorkeling (or not) but DOES NOT include Sting Ray City? I know this is a big stop in Grand Cayman, but "been there, done that" and we are more interested in a nice sailing day.

We were a group of 14 so we decided to do a private charter and we were able to choose where to go. We did choose to go to Stingray City, but since it's private, you are able to choose the places you want to go. We booked through shoreexcursioneer and the tour was really amazing, the captain was really amazing!

We love our days with Fat Fish Adventures on the jet skis. A more personal experience and you hit different spots that aren't crowded.

We are looking for a catamaran excursion. Not jet skis. Seems there are several of us that aren't interested in Sting Rays, and just want to sail leisurely on a catamaran with snorkeling for a couple of our group of six.

Yes, that's a nice day. There must be options there...you may need to look at a private charter to do it right.

I have been doing some research for the exact same thing and it seems you may have to find someone that will do a private charter where you can tell them "No" stingray city. I found this one that looks like they will accomodate http://www.sailwithfriendscayman.com/sail-boat.html

Also look up red sail sports (redsailcayman.com). It looks like they have two tours for just sailing and/or snorkeling. Plus they do private tours. Their boats look pretty nice!
