Tenerife Tour Companies

Can anyone recommend a good private tour company for Tenerife? We are a group of 10 adults arriving in June, and want to optimize our time seeing as much as possible during our port stop. :rolleyes:

There's plenty to see right in the city of Santa Cruz, where the Tenerife Cruise Port is located. One option is to catch the Hop-on Hop-off bus and disembark at places that interest your group. If you want to tour the island, however, you'll need to find a tour company.

We will only be in port a relatively short time, and we do want to experience as much as possible of the scenery around Mt. Teide. Since we'll be there in peak tourist season, we've decided not to do the cable car up Mt. Teide, with expected long lineups and crowded cabins. We're thinking of doing something similar to your tour, to the National Park and other viewpoints and nearby villages.

Scenic it certainly was and gave us a good overview of a good chunk of the island
