Tiki Hut - Little Bay - Can we visit without excursion?

We are planning to go to Little Bay and read about the Tiki Hut. Can we swim to it from the Divi Resort Beach? How far/long a swim?

Do they serve drinks/food to people not on tours? Can we use their facilities for a day fee charge without excursion?

You certainly can swim to and around it. I do not know if you can use their facilities by swimming out to them. Email them and ask.
