not sure but the currency is AUD and no gratuities to pay so i would just

take cash and you can put the cash on your card when you board the ship

I emailed them and you can, but you have to do it over the phone: 132494 or via live chat and only up to 7 days prior to sailing. It won't show on cruise control but will be added to your cruise account on checking in.
