First time to Cartagena, Colombia

Cartagena is a Unesco World Heritage site with lots and lots of history. It's also a major boating/beach vacation playground for the Colombians. We had five measly hours in port, so we hired an experienced local guide in order to maximize our time, and here's what we did:
