First time to Cartagena, Colombia

We have never been to Cartagena before and I was wondering what is there to do there?, any tips/ideas??

Any tips/advise/ideas are very welcome

I want to follow this too...going for the first time next year :)

Cartagena is a Unesco World Heritage site with lots and lots of history. It's also a major boating/beach vacation playground for the Colombians. We had five measly hours in port, so we hired an experienced local guide in order to maximize our time, and here's what we did:
