Promenade Cafe?

Have I missed something?

The RCI web site mentions the 'Promenade Cafe' on-board Quantum.

So do we know anything more about the 'Promenade'?

The promenade is a large atrium the runs almost the whole length of the ship inside . Many shops , pubs , cafes etc open onto this area. That is one feature myself and DW don't care for on RCI ships.

Not yet. I imagine this is one of the spaces that will be covered under the "Entertainment Reveal," whenever that eventually takes place.
