Great planning tool, Google map of hotels by cruise port piers

Really helpful site, I used it to find hotels near the Galveston Pier for our Mexican Riviera cruise and thought others might find it useful as well.

Very limited in which ports you can pick. I tried Mobile, since I will be there in a couple of weeks, nope, not on the list .. OK they have to have New Orleans, nope.

But little Galveston they do have.

The site basically uses Google Maps' own functionality. All you really have to do is pull up a map of the port area you're interested in, and do a search of the map for 'hotels' or whatever other service/business you're looking for.
