Wine retailer in Valparaiso

Sailing out of Valpo in January on Oceania Marina. Looking for a wine shop (even a supermercado) near port or "in centro" that has a decent variety of Chilean wines at good prices. "Plan A" would be at least something like a Total Wine or BevMo that has daily tastings as well.

Don't need winery tours/restaurants (we live in NorCal surrounded by wineries). Just want to buy a mixed case to take on the ship and would love to sample some of the choices beforehand.

Name and address (or at least neighborhood location) in Valpo would be very helpful.
