Santorini mud baths

Recommended Posts

How is best to get there? any tips?

From TripAdvisor 2010 post:

The mud bath is out in the center of the caldera at the volcano hotsprings . It's not on the shore, it's actually in the sea in a shallow cove. To get there you have to either take the daytrip excursion boat or hire a private boat to drive you out there

Thanks that's what we thought, our problem is the limited time on the Island, we really need to find a trip to take us? but not had much luck

Here's that Volcano and Hot Springs trip. It takes exactly 3 hours from leaving the dock to getting back, of which you get about 30-40 swimming at the springs. It is a relatively cheap trip (about €15-20). If you don't want to go up onto the volcano you can stay on the boat for the hour or so that the others will be away. All the best, Tony
