Wonder how much there going to go for.

Cause yes, this is on my very near future to add to my lens collection.

A Nikkor 55-300mm, Sigma 17-50mm in my bag and a new Tokina 11-20mm on the way with the Sigma 150-600mm coming soon I'll have way more money wrapped up in lenses then the camera itself.

That's the way it should be, and the lenses retain more long term value. I have about 4-6 times more invested in lenses than camera bodies. But I actually feel I have all the lenses I need, at least for the d750. (I'm covered from 14mm to 300mm, mostly in fast glass. Macro covered. 5 primes. (6 actually but will re-sell one)).

They say you date the body but marry the lenses...:)

It looks like you need to budget for another $250-ish

Just a clear filter? not UV or CP or anything other then another piece of glass to cut down on picture quality? adding more glass in front of the lens I dont like to do. The exposed lens element these days is a tough piece of glass anyways.

I always get a kick out of that JPG vs RAW bare versus filter.

What is the funniest on some of the most gear fanatical boards for photographers all them rapid people who care about IQ always are selling their lens and say filter on since day 1, with pictures of filters. I suspect they just put them on to make me feel better about that used lens

I am shameless and shoot JPG and have filters degrading the IQ on all my lens, except my 200F2 and soon to be acquired 200-400F4.
