This is an extremely difficult cruise for those in wheelchairs and scooters. Istanbul is fairly easy, especially in Topakpi, but some of the sites like the mosques are not accessible having quite a bit of stairs. Santorini is not at all accessible because first you have to take a tender (and most ships will not allow scooters on tenders), and there are over 500 steps to get to the city. The funicular also requires you to climb stairs to get to the gondolas. And finally, once you're up to the town, it's all climbing and stairs, so it's not at all accessible.

You'll dock in Kusadasi for Ephesus. Kusadasi is fairly doable as far as shopping and museums, but Ephesus is another story. It unless the scooter is a four wheeler and heavier and more stable than your basic Go Go, it will be extremely difficult. It's rough, slippery, uneven pavement that consists of a lot of rocky paths and bumpy marble areas. You won't be able to get into a lot of the excavation areas with a scooter.

Mykonos is doable with a scooter, as long as you can find transportation from the port to the town. But, getting into buildings can be difficult because they are old and not made to be accessible.

Athens is a wildly insane city with terrible traffic. You will need to pre-arrange accessible transportation (good luck with that) to get you to tourist sites. You will be able to see places like the Parthenon, but you won't be able to get inside it because it's not accessible.

I've not been to the other ports, but I can guess that they will not be easy either. You're visiting an ancient country that isn't going to make their historical sites accessible, unfortunately.

Can you do this cruise? Probably, but you will miss a lot of things because it is a place that cannot make their tourist sites accessible.
