Tour 1 or 2 with Bernard

We are trying to decide between tour 1 and 2. Anybody know the difference in time spent in different places? Which is better to take? Not sure but maybe can decide by looking at time spent in different places. Thanks for any help!

Bernard's website tells you the approximate time spent at each stop. http://www.bernardstours.com/tours.html Click on the tour and you should get a pop-up screen with all the information.

We booked Tour 1 because we wanted less beach time and more time in Marigot. If you want beach time, go with Tour 2.

So the only time differential between 1 and 2 is around 1 hour beach time?

On tour 1 there is no beach time at all except for stopping at Maho beach to watch the planes arriving and leaving. Time at Marigot is at least an hour as compared to 1/2 hour with tour 2. So if you want to swim/beach time you need to take #2.

Must have changed in the last 6 months, I didn't know Bernard's Tour #1, took away the 20 mins. stop they used to give you at Orient Beach. We've been enjoying Tour 2, which gives you more beach time.

I booked a private tour with Bernard for my upcoming april cruise. It's $60 pp. We can go where we want and for however long. Spending more time at maho & marigot and less time at orient beach. Besides touring with just 8 people will be nice. We also got to set the meeting time.
