Yes we went to Amedee last time and thoroughly enjoyed it. Going again with the kids in a weeks time.

It was a tad pricey but the food was great, the island was good for photography and the glass bottom boat was very enjoyable and perfect for seeing the sea turtles, fish and giant brain coral.

The tour operators were good value and did everything - took us over by boat, helped cook and serve the meals, provided the music and climbing up palm tree demonstrations .

They served free rum punch at lunch and I tell you what..it is POTENT! :)

Worthwhile climbing up the lighthouse....but do that BEFORE the rum punch, lol!

We did Amedee Island last December. Ships tour. Seemed pricey beforehand but it is a full day tour and well worth the money imo. Water was crystal clear, buffet lunch was yummy, saw turtles during the glass bottom boat tour, nice little souvenir shop open in the afternoon. My daughter climbed the Lighthouse and got fab photos, however, I note that on current trip advisor reviews several pax have mentioned that the lighthouse is closed atm.
