Pride of America Cruise

Hi Everyone,

Suggestions on picking excursions. Excluding the Pride of America excursions, which company would everyone recommend? I've heard Roberts, Discover Hawaii Tours, Shore Tour groups.com and Adventure Mauri.com. Anyone have another one? And, if you have used one of the above; your thoughts and experiences would be helpful.

I used AdventureMaui.com for Maui, and Roberts for Hilo & Kauai. Roberts has package discounts available if you book 3 or more tours through them.

We went on Pride last September. Wonderful cruise. I highly recommend Valley Isle for road to Hana and Blue Hawaiian for Hilo Volcano helicopter tour. Both were professional and reasonably priced. Don't book through the ship. Also recommend you skip the luau kalamaku excursion through the ship unless you like being herded like cattle and terrible food.
