OK, I have been looking all over for a nice beach retreat with lunch/drinks included. Guess nachi Cocom has me spoiled ;) But anyway, even if it's not an all inclusive excursion, can anyone recommend a great beach getaway? I have looked at Starfish island and am not sure...the snorkeling spots, such as goff's caye and Caye caulker look nice, but I've read these places can be a strenuous swim in deep water, and my 8 yr old is not a strong enough swimmer for that. Do they give you a life jacket to wear? I'm kind of at a loss!

Not much at Belize that matches your request. Snorkeling is not allowed at Starfish Island. We have been numerous times and all of the snorkeling is difficult.
