Transportation Port of Miami to Universal Studios

My family of four will be cruising out of Port of Miami, returning early February. After the cruise we plan to spend a couple of days at Universal Studios. I am trying to figure out the best way to get there without renting a car.

I have found a company All Tour Bus Line (http://www.alltourbusline.com/). Their pickup is at Bayside (401 Biscayne Blvd) and drop off is at their Orlando Terminal (7536 Universal Blvd). Pick up is 10:00am, drop off is at 2:45 pm. The one way transfer is only $19.99 per person.

I have a couple of questions if anyone could answer them:

Have you heard of this company and do they have a good reputation?

Is the pickup location at Bayside easy to get to? Can we walk there safely? Or would it require a cab?

Is there a different option to get us to Universal easier and quicker that does not involve renting a car?

This seems like a relatively good option (although I would prefer to arrive in Orlando earlier)...is there anything I have not considered that might affect the ease of this trip?

Thanks all in advance!
