Best Ziplining and Any Helicopter Tours?

I wasn't sure where else to post this, but Antigua seems to have an active board so I thought I'd start here.

My soon-to-be husband and I are going to be on a 7 night cruise in November, hitting Barbados, St. Lucia, Antigua, St. Maarten, and St. Croix. Which of these has the best ziplining? Also, do any of these countries offer helicopter sightseeing tours?
