UBER at Sydney Port

We will be arriving on 10/29 at Sydney on RCCL Explorer of the Seas. We're staying at the

Sir Stamford at Circular Quay. I was wondering if we could use UBER to get from the port to the hotel rather than a taxi. I don't know if the ports allow UBER drivers to get near the ships due to security reasons?

I honestly don't think either a taxi or Uber will take you. (Although I suppose if you pay the minimum Uber fare they won't mind.)

You're only about 150m from the hotel!

Closer to 500m along the flat with wide open pedestrian access for all but the last little bit. This couldn't be easier unless you have mobility issues or a massive amount of luggage.

OK I had to look up conversions for us US people and that is 0.3 miles. So will just walk it then. Thanks
