Bus service to the Port of New Orleans from Baton Rouge

Do anyone know if the service listed below is still operational? I left them a voice mail on Friday (they were closed for the day when I called) and I hope to hear back on Monday but thought some here may already know. I'm sick of bumming rides from family for my cruises and I'm sure they are sick of me asking LOL. I don't like to drive and leave the car because its 12 years old and cars of that age are not always reliable would hate to be on my way and it breaks down and I miss the cruise or on my way back and it breaks down and my wonderful week is ruined. So I usually pay a family member $100 for a round trip ride, so actually if this is still operational it would be cheaper for me too.

Look at Greyhound and Megabus. I've seen $11 fares with Greyhound one way.

I'd sell the 12 yo car and buy a new one.
