Default Inn on Bourbon or Hotel Provincial

Can someone give me pros and cons about these hotels. Thank you

They are both very nice and convenient. If you are into the nightlife big-time, I would advise the IOB. it's right on Bourbon and has great balconies (request Bourbon Street side).Very noisy as there are late night bands on two sides. We stay there quite often.
The Hotel Provincial is in a much quieter location and it has been said that it may be the most "haunted" hotel in New Orleans.
