Singapore - Mr Lee Kuan Yew Lying in State

Endless stream of people visiting Parliament to bid a final farewell to the late Mr Lee Kuan Yew who is lying in state.

Without Mr Lee Kuan Yew, there would be no Singapore as we know it today, and most probably I wouldn't be here writing this post.

I made a short video clip of my experience in the long lines, patiently waiting for my turn to enter Parliament house.

May Mr Lee Kuan Yew rest in peace.

Bill Clinton to lead a US Presidential Delegation to attend Mr Lee Kuan Yew's funeral service this Sunday. Members of the Presidential Delegation include Kirk Wagar, US Ambassador to the Republic of Singapore, Henry Kissinger, former US Secretary of State, Steven Green, former US Ambassador to Singapore, and Thomas Donilon, former Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs.

Humbled that the most powerful country in the world (USA) is sending such a high level delegation to my small country for the funeral service.
