Celebrity Infinity Panama Canal April 29, 2012

She is among four ships transiting the canal today; three 'westbound' (Westerdam, Celebrity Infinity, and Coral Princess) and one 'eastbound' (Crystal Serenity). Will try and get as many web cam grabs as I can during the day as he passes through. Hope you enjoy them.

Thank you sure took me back to last year when I celebrated my retirement on the Century going thru the Canal.

I never get tired of lookng at these ships go through the lock.

BTW, does Panama always have lots of cloud cover? Or it is just this time of year?

Looking forward to my day tour on Dec which includes a tour of Gatun Locks and then a full transit on the Century the next day.:)

The other day when Zuiderdam went through it was gorgeous. :D

I've seen it pouring rain the other morning too. :(

thanks so much for posting these....the only thing better than seeing these photos is NOT seeing them because you are on the ship LOL ...have done three Panama Canal transits, two with X and one with HAL, and every time we had cloud cover,,,
