In Bonaire, go with Woodwind. They take you to a restricted area that is incredible.

For Curacao, go with Scubacao.

Yes - they absolutely do snorkeling. They also do Discover SCUBA where you get a 1 hr mini class, then a supervised SCUBA dive in a shallow ocean bay - fantastic opportunity that convinced my husband to go to get certified as a diver!

In Bonaire we used a tour on a sailboat named compass.

It was a wonderful day of sailing snorkeling from Klein Bonaire.
