Comparison of line going around the Horn

I never thought I might entertain the idea of doing the Buenos Aires to Valparaiso route (or reverse).

Are all cruise lines created equal (beyond the well-known differences in their formats that may affect preferences)?

I would try to go BA to Valparaiso and spend a few days in Buenos Aires pre cruise.

All cruse lines are not equal.

But everyone has their own preferences.

No difference in scenery.

I would go that way because it's a good opportunity to spend a few days before the cruise ni Buenos Aires and I prefer Buenos Aires over Valparaiso and/or Santiago, Chile.

have done the full B.A. to fort lauderdale on the infinity (Celbrity) 4 times and loved it .It is best to fo BA. to Valparaiso as the other way you miss out on scenerey - the galciers are done at night.The scenery is spectacular as is the sea life. Enjoy!
