Time to think about looking for/booking a hotel for Dec...Ft. Lauderdale

We have been there a couple times before and stayed at the Embassy suites but want to see what other think would be the best for...

-close to port...a view would be good

-possibly a shuttle to the pier

-rates under $175/night

-breakfast would be nice but not needed

Check www.valuetrips.com and Hyatt Place is $109. We booked our pre and post cruise in November with them. The Hyatt place is right near Embassy Suites and the shopping center behind and has shuttle service, airport and to the ships. Continental breakfast is also included. I don't think you will find a better price on the internet for this hotel and they are very reliable.
