Just asked Uncle Google. It is on the Island of Providenciales approx. 70 miles NNW of Grand Turk. Still a part of the Turks and Caicos but not something you can easily get to.

It's been closed for about 3 years. It was where the "pirate ship" building is. Nothing was there in January. And yes there's still a casino on Providenciales. But it's only open after dark.
