Cave Tubing Apparal

Hi!

We will be in Belize next week and have booked cave tubing with cavetubing.bz. They note you can rent the water shoes for $3. Does anyone know if you wear these during the hike part too? Thanks in advance.

Yes you can rent and where them for the hike. I bought a pair for $10 a few years just for cruising. I put them on in the morning and they come off when we hit the room after a busy day. Well worth the price and your getting something that fits and only your feet have been in the.

The water shoes they have for rent are basically knock off crocs. We wear our own keens or crocs.

What do you do with your personal belongings while tubing?

You leave them on the bus we have gone on this excursion twice and our things were always safe

I like the water shoes that come with a toggle closure. I bought a cheapo pair and noticed that once my feet were wet (after the excursion mostly), the lining in the soles bunched up and I had to keep smoothing it out.
