Dining/Dining Packages

Do they ever go on sale in the cruise planner like the beverage packages/spa treatments/ Internet do?

Not that I've seen.

First night done right and each possible resteraunt can change. For example 150 central was $42 now it's $45. Giovanni's was $30 now $21. But as Bob said the 3/4/5 night packages I have not seen changed.

Plus occasionally if bookings are otherwise light. deals might appear onboard, sometimes on short notice. About two years ago about 12 of our group ended up at Giovanni's on a port evening, for half price seating and 20% off wine. There were only about four other tables ALL EVENING in there, and one of them was a half-dozen officers mixing dinner and a meeting.
