tel2 Posted March 20, 2017 #1 Share Posted March 20, 2017 Question: For CAS Gold, to the extent you have a food credit, can that be used for ordering "special occasion" items from the room service menu? We are having a small cocktail party, and I was wondering if I could use the 100. food credit to order the shrimp and cheese trays rather than use it in a specialty restaurant, especially since I already have 3 specialty meals and also have the Haven restaurant???? Anyone know? Terry
Sand and Seas Posted March 20, 2017 #2 Share Posted March 20, 2017 I would suggest you ask the Host in the casino. They are usually very friendly and happy to answer this type of question. And if a host says you can, they can make the comp happen even if it doesn't automatically come off your bill. If your cruise is after April 1st, you will want to check and see if they have changed the comps as that is when their new 'year' starts. Rumor on the boards is that the program is being changed in some fashion.

riddle Posted March 22, 2017 #4 Share Posted March 22, 2017 You cannot use it for things from the mini frig. You cannot use it to buy snacks in the shop. I would definitely check with casino to be sure of uses it is very restrictive.
