anyone been there during Cup Match Holiday?

Been to Bda so many times I can't remember over the past 40 years, but somehow I've missed those dates. Specifically, how crowded does Snorkel Park get on Sunday and Monday because more residents are off work and able to go to the beach? Are the clocktower mall shops at Dockyard open on Sunday or Monday?
