az_tchr Posted January 21, 2015 #26 Share Posted January 21, 2015 Thank you for that but I really want to go to the battlefields rather than Troy. I am as yet unable to view the excursions on offer from Celebrity as I am awaiting a passport for my grandson and so not able to complete the check-in process. PS - Irene - you can view the shore excursion brochure at any time. Do not to be fully booked to do so. Would think almost nobody is booked fully yet as final payment not due for another couple weeks. The ship DOES have excursions. Have no idea if they are full. They are indeed exceptionally reasonable in their price - when I booked it was $AU160 for the two of us, but that conversion rate changes daily.
