apey9995 Posted April 15, 2014 #1 Share Posted April 15, 2014 Looking into booking a cruise on the fascination- I've seen the images of the 4 person balcony cabin set up (where the twins cannot convert to king when the bunks are down due to the space)... does anyone know if they will bring you a trundle/pull out bed in the place of the 2nd pull-down bunk (leaving it closed). I'm not too comfortable with my 3 year old being in a bunk yet. Worst case scenario he could sleep with us, but it would be nice if they would bring us a trundle instead (or is there even enough floor space for it in the balcony rooms?). If anyone has any info on this it would be much appreciated! :)
SadieN Posted April 15, 2014 #2 Share Posted April 15, 2014 It can be done. Ask your room steward onboard. Or the bunk mattress can be brought down. But it is easier to use the trundle or rollaway.
k2excursion Posted April 16, 2014 #3 Share Posted April 16, 2014 (edited) Yes. On my first cruise, my friend's mom couldn't use the upper. She tried the first night, but it was too much for her. So the next day, we requested a rollaway from the steward, and he set one up that evening. It's highly unlikely that every trundle & rollaway would already be taken, but I guess there is a slight possibility.
