Airport is really far away from Narita. The other one is much nearer. Because you will arrive in Yokohama or not?

I think you havent got enough time, 1º you never know which time you will leave the ship. Always can be some small problems. I wouldnt chance it, because to get to the airport will take you maybe 1h aswell.

International flights generally require check-in at least 2-hrs before departure.
