Blue Lagoon contact Carnival??

I tried to book an animal encounter with Blue Lagoon for our November trip on Carnival Pride. They told me that they could not accept my reservation because of there contract with Carnival. However, I don't see that Carnival has any excursions for Blue Lagoon. Is it possible to just book the day we arrive in port? Or will Carnival make this excursion available? We sail November 30th!

Carnival had a "Family Treasure Hunt with Lunch at Blue Lagoon" excursion.

The ferry trip to Blue Lagoon is over 30 minutes, so it is best to coordinate with the ship for return time. You might call Carnival for an updated excursion list.

I had made reservations for the Dolphin Encounter on Blue Lagoons website. They had wanted me to fax my Payment info to an office in Miami. When we got onboard the Carnival Pride I called and spoke with someone in customer service. They allowed me to pay when we arrived at the Paradise Island Ferry Station. It was a wonderful experience and we got dropped off right near the ship upon return in plenty of time. :D :D :D

Does Carnival still have the Balmoral Island Dolphin Encounter?

I spoke with Blue Lagoon's customer service. Carnival has nothing to do with Blue Lagoon anymore. Yes Carnival owns Balmoral Island. Ive never been to it however Blue Lagoon was beautiful and a wonderful experience.
