How do I go about posting a photo of me along with my poster name?

Cruise Critic allows 2 photos, one as an avatar and one as the profile photo.

Click on "User CP" on the colored bar near the top of the page.

Click "Edit Profile Picture"

You can upload one or link to one already online

Click "Edit Avatar".

You can upload one, link to one already online, or select a default.

For a while I used one of the Avatar offered by CC.

Then I selected one of my own from my pictures.

Then a couple of years ago I wanted to change my avatar picture and used the same procedure that I used before. It didn't work.

So I had to contact one of the Hosts and that person turned over my e0mail to one of tech supports -- I had included the picture in the e-mail -- and they were able to change my avatar.

Okay, thanks for the run-down. I tried it and am posting now to see if it worked. Apparently, I tried it before, because I already had a photo on there, but it hasn't ever appeared on the website by my name. I deleted it and added a different photo. I also selected an avatar. Thanks for all the help so far.

Okay, I guess I'm a little confused. The avatar worked, but I didn't get a profile photo. Can you have both? I got the sun face with sunglasses. Now I changed it to see if my photo will go in place of it.
