Best beach - Close to port and kid friendly

We will be in Aruba from 1pm-10pm. Whats our best option for the kids (ages 3 and 8) for a nice beach close to port.

Palm or Eagle beach will do the trick...not walkable, but not far by cab!

We found a cab driver that took us to the Divi Resort on Eagle Beach. They sell coupons that are redeemable for food and beverage and in exchange you can use their facilities. I think it was $20 for my wife and I, round trip by cab.

Really nice beach, very wide with soft sand and just a short ride from town.
