Jack's Shack only open for Carnival???

This sounds crazy to me but I was looking up Jack's Shack on Grand Turk and this one site I was on Said that Jack's was only open when a Carnival ship was in port. I will be there in March on the Crown Princess is this true? I will be bummed if it is. Please help with the truth. Thanks

Their website says they are "generally open when cruise ships are in port"....it doesn't stipulate only Carnival.

I pulled up the Grand Turk port Schedule and found that ( whether it is true or not) there will be a Carnival ship in port at the same time as the Crown Princess. Dilemma solved. Jack's here I come.

There's no dilemma, they are open for all ships.

It's an easy walk from the pier...just stay on the beach the whole way. You can actually see it from the ship...provided another ship is not blocking your view.

Jack's was open when we visited on the Divina. in Feb. 2017

The port was developed by Carnival and Princess is owned by Carnival. It is possible the post you saw was referring to all Carnival Corporation ships and not just Carnival branded ships.
