I have read many notes about the parking, but I have nor seen any new (2014) recommendations.

We will be driving from North Fl to Miami for a 5 day cruise on Oct 25,2014

Please give me updated info where to park our car for this cruise.

thanks,

janines

Not much has changed. Parking at POM is covered, convenient and secure - but costs $20/day. :(

Parking anywhere else is likely not covered, for sure not as convenient, and will not be as secure. It is your car - do you feel lucky?

Are you looking for hotels offering cruise parking deals?

We have parked in a safe lot several miles from the port. It cost $50 1 way for the taxi. I am requesting info from other cc members that have parked near the port in a secure lot to share their experience.

I will check trip advisor for hotels that provide parking and a shuttle to the port.

We always use http://premiercruiseparking.com/ for years . Live in Pomp Beach Fla . It is a 6 story garage not a lot. If you get there early covered but sometimes in the weather . Never had a problem. If you use a hotel just a open lot.

Make sure you use that as there is another one almost same name is just a lot . Should be a cruise ship on the page

I called the # on the site and got the answers to my questions. I now understand for secure reasons why not all info is given until a reservation is made for parking.

Thank you for sending the info to me,

janines
